MAC Distributor FAQ’s- Frequently Asked Questions

We only sell genuine MAC products. Our goal is to engage the Consumer and offer World class service thru out the entire experience. That begins with the best possible low Prices,the best possible product description to help you quickly make a product selection, fast order processing and prompt “as promised” delivery. We have tried to address every possible question you may have in our FAQ pages and offered the best possible information on each and every product. We want you to have Trust in the MAC products you select and have the same Trust in the Quality of the Product selection, Ordering, Customer Service & Delivery process at MAC Distributor.

Creating a My Account profile is easy and:
– You will have access to exclusive deals, special events and personalized tips. MAC Distributor
– You will be able to complete online orders quickly and easily through your address book.
– You will be able to check the status of your orders in real time and manage your orders.

  • Where is my order?
    As soon as the order is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and a Shipping Confirmation email: both emails at the very top have a status widget, you can click the widget and you will be re-directed to your order status page. Please allow approximately 1-24 hours for the processing and shipping of all orders. Orders placed Noon EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday major holidays.
  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

-It a very EZ process.
– Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your Cart. When finished, click CART in the upper right of the page.
– Access your MyAccount section, create a new account or Log In as a returning Customer”.
– Click Checkout with Pay Pal. If you have a Pay Pal account it will open the log in for them. If you don’t have an account, just click “pay with Debit or Credit card” and you can make your purchase as a Guest.

-Once completed the order is processed and you will receive a confirmation order with details. Orders are shipped thru out the day M-F and you will get another email when the order leaves our warehouse.

  • CAN I ORDER BY PHONE / VIA EMAIL?
    We’re sorry, but we only accept orders made through our website
  • HOW CAN I CHECK THE ORDER STATUS?
    If you have created a My Account profile you will be able to check your order status into the “My Orders” If you choose to complete an order via the “New Customer” guest checkout you won’t be able to check your order status.

 

  • WHAT DOES “ORDER BEING PROCESSED” MEAN?
    The order has not been processed yet. At this stage, you can still cancel the order.
    We only complete the transaction at the moment that the package is assigned to the courier. Up until that moment the sum is only “reserved” in your account. In case the order was cancelled, the amount will remain “reserved” by the Bank or By PayPal for a maximum of 25 days in the former case and 10 days in the latter. The sum will then be made available again in the Customer’s account. ORDER SHIPPED STATUS MEANS YOUR ORDER IS ON IT’S WAY.
  • HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
    You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of confirmation by accessing the “My Orders” section within your MyAccount profile. Changes to orders can be done the same way. HOWEVER, NO ORDERS CAN BE CHANGED AFTER 6PM EST OR AFTER 30 MINUTES DURING THE DAY. We pride ourselves on our quick shipping.

 

  • I would like to distribute MAC products or Buy large Quantities?
    We’re sorry, but we do not allow distributing our products through external channels such as cosmetics stores, spas or similar outlets. We offer the lowest possible prices every day on Genuine MAC products. If you are a regular repeat Customer, you will find a very positive shopping experience from us and regular Promotional Offers tied to your purchases.
    • We consider ourselves Brand Ambassadors for MAC products and work hard to build a community of satisfied customers. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and limit order quantities to usage for you as a customer. We reserve the right to refuse any order and will refund orders we feel are not in the best interest of our Brand.
